The biometric requirement is now mandatory for nationals of Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Asia Pacific and the Americas.

Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)
Foreign nationals exempt from the visa requirement must have an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) allowing them to travel or transit through Canada. The exceptions include US citizens and travelers with a valid Canadian visa. Canadian citizens, including dual citizenship citizens, and permanent residents of Canada are not eligible for an eTA.
Visitor visa
Some travelers need a visa to come to Canada regardless of the form of transportation used – plane, car, bus, train or cruise ship. Please find the list of countries below:
We advise you to undertake the procedures as soon as possible in order to avoid delays. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa or eTA if applicable.
You will be able to request a Visa letter during the registration process. The invitation letter will be sent when payment for your registration is complete.
The organizers of the congress will not provide any financial assistance.
Participants are urged to check with the Canadian embassy or consulate for specific country requirements.
